Rex Marine’s Summer Dockage & Storage provides seasonal and monthly slip rentals, featuring well-maintained floating docks for vessels up to 50 feet.
Docks are located on the west side of the Norwalk harbor, remaining well protected from storm conditions.

Docks are located south of all bridges.
Clean bathrooms and showers for slip customer use.
A short walk from the many attractions of the SoNo downtown area.

Indoor Floor Storage Requires all Fall, Winter, & Spring Services to be Performed by Rex Marine
Indoor Summer Valet Rack Service: Sterndrive and Outboard Powered Boats up to 32’ *LOA
Additional Charges Applicable for Boats with Beam Larger than 8’6” or Height Over 10’ - Call/Email for Quote
$500 charge per additional registered user for shared-use boats. Charter/Revenue-generating use requires Rex Marine authorization.
Absent Special Arrangements: Winter Floor Boats (unheated/VRS Building) will be launched or relocated outside by April 1, and may stay In-water at no charge for up to 3 days upon completion of Rex Marine Workorder.

IMPORTANT DEADLINES AND POLICY INFORMATION Incomplete applications, or those received without full payment or indicated deposit, cannot be processed and will be returned. All summer renewal applications must be returned by April 15th. Summer Early Bird discount for Rack Service: Full payment by January 31. Standard terms, Summer Dockage & Rack Service: Deposit due by January 25 and final payment due by April 15. Winter Storage: Full payment due by October 15. *

FOR RACK STORAGE ONLY All rates based on length overall (LOA), and beam up to 8' 6", with bow pulpits and railings, outboard motors and outboard brackets, and swim platforms, etc., included in LOA calculation. Boats up to 8' 6" beam with T-tops, hard tops, radar arch, or other type of excess height usually will require a floor bunk and will be charged a minimum of 25' up to 10' height from skeg to highest fixed point, or LOA (25' minimum) plus 15% for between 10' and 11' height. Boats over 8' 6" beam but less than 10' beam are billed LOA plus 20% additional up to 10' height from bottom of skeg to highest fixed point, and 30% between 10' and 11' height. Boats over 9' 11" beam usually require the highest available berths, and are additional 40% to standard rate, limited availability. Regardless of how you pay for storage, credit card info is required for all boats stored at Rex Marine. Please record card info below. *
